Shipping policy
We want your order to arrive as smoothly as possible. This policy explains how and when your order ships. Elegenze is a brand operated by Gardashov LLC.
Where We Ship
Elegenze ships to Australia. If you are outside Australia, email us at support@elegenze.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. During new launches, sales, and peak holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will always keep you posted if there is a delay on your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Australia: 5–8 business days
Weather, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control can occasionally affect transit times.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum, no code required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Customs and Duties
Import taxes or customs duties may apply upon delivery depending on your location within Australia. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Elegenze has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you within 1–3 business days after your order is processed. If you have not received tracking after this window, please check your spam folder, then contact us and we will locate it for you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Elegenze is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days so we can help. For items that arrive damaged, email us at support@elegenze.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
